Personalization & Progression: We customize your hero collection, difficulty levels, achievement recommendations, and campaign types based on your preferences and progress history.

Subscription Management: Managing premium features, processing subscription renewals, and providing customer support for billing issues.

Notifications & Engagement: Sending push notifications about battle completions, campaign reminders, achievement unlocks, and motivational messages.

Analytics & Improvement: Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve app features, balance game mechanics, and enhance user experience.

Security & Support: Preventing fraud, ensuring account security, debugging technical issues, and providing customer support.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Premium access until then.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information.

Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial expires to avoid charges.

Encryption: We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.

Access Controls: Strict access controls ensure only authorized personnel can access user data, and only for legitimate business purposes.
